- General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

The document defines the policy of the Limited Liability Company “Multidisciplinary Production Enterprise “ENERGOSPETSMASH” (LLC “MPE “ENERGOSPETSMASH”, INN 9310003230, OGRN 1229300138000, legal address: 287510, Donetsk People’s Republic, Mariupol, Krasnoflotskaya st., 165), hereinafter referred to as the Operator, regarding the processing and ensuring the security of personal data of users of the esmash.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
