The company pays special attention to the development of its heat treatment section. Over several years, new and unique equipment for heat treatment has been acquired and commissioned, existing equipment has been modernised, and new, advanced technological processes have been introduced.
The section is equipped with an Uttis gas carburising complex, which consists of a gas carburising furnace, an endothermic gas generator, and a quenching bath. The dimensions of the gas furnace chamber are: diameter 800 mm, height – 1800 mm, and a load capacity of 1500 kg. The quenching bath is equipped with cooling and heating systems for the quenching medium. The quenching fluid used is AQUACOOL polymer. The steel grades processed include: 20 (C22E), 20Kh (20Cr4), 20KhN3A (20NiCrMo2-2), 18KhGT (20MnCr5), 25KhGT (20MnCr5), and 20Kh2N4A (20NiCrMoV4). The complex is also used for bright hardening.
The heat treatment section has a high capacity and productivity, which allows for the heat treatment of products of various shapes and sizes, weighing from a few kilograms to tens of tonnes.
The furnaces are equipped with a computerised system for monitoring and recording all technological parameters of the heat treatment processes.
Currently, the heat treatment section has all the capabilities to process both its own products and to fulfil orders for external customers.
